Jocelyn Manners-Armstrong has wide ranging experience gained in a variety of company and commercial transactions. She has worked on a number of high value deals, including the flotation and secondary share placings of Isle of Man public companies, sales and purchases of Isle of Man companies and a number of complex ship finance transactions. Jocelyn also has interests in the areas of space law, gaming and e-business, advising several internet-based businesses. Her clients include international and Isle of Man companies, international banks and law firms.
Before joining the firm in 2005, Jocelyn was Chief Executive and consultant for a successful business and IT consultancy company, specialising in strategy, management and financing for businesses in the IT and media sectors. Prior to this Jocelyn ran a national legal charity in the UK, and has served on boards of several charitable organisations. She also has significant public sector experience having served as a member of both a police authority and an NHS Trust in the UK.
